At Amudra, we take great pride in offering unique, handcrafted products that are created with care and attention to detail. Because each product is individually made by skilled artisans, we are unable to offer refunds due to the handmade nature of our items.

Handmade Nature of Our Products

Every item we sell is carefully handcrafted, and as a result, each product may have slight variations in design, color, texture, and size. These small differences are part of what makes each piece truly one-of-a-kind. We believe these variations add to the charm and uniqueness of our products, but they also mean that we cannot offer refunds for minor differences in appearance or quality.

Eligibility for Refunds

We do not provide refunds for handmade items unless:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the item you received is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged or defective product.

  • Incorrect Item Received: If the wrong product was shipped to you, we will issue a full refund or exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item

Exchange Policy

Although we do not offer refunds for our handmade products (unless damaged or incorrect), we are happy to facilitate exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product is damaged or defective, we will provide an exchange at no additional cost to you.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, we will send you the correct product promptly.

Return Process

If you believe your product qualifies for a return (due to damage, defect, or incorrect item), please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at amudralife@gmail.com or +919884217066 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.

  2. Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Return Shipping: For returns due to damage, defects, or our error (incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
